Refund Policy for AnRich Clothing
At AnRich Clothing, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchases. If you are not satisfied with the product, we offer the following refund and return policies.
Eligibility for Refunds
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
- Our policy lasts for 14 days from the date of purchase. After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
